Postage & Packaging for deliveries within the UK is FREE OF CHARGE for all Purchases over £40 and is shipped by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery as standard. Countries classed as being within the UK are England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands & The Isle of Man.
Purchases under £40 will be charged at £3.50 for items up to 2Kg and £3.50 per Kg thereafter and will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Post. If your order consists of multiple items and following the return of any items the total purchase price becomes less than £40, £3.50 will be deducted from the refund.
We aim to deliver goods within 2 to 3 working days using Royal Mail. (Not guaranteed) Weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday by 4pm. (Excluding Bank Holidays)

If you opt for Next Day Delivery at £5.95 (UK only), your items will be sent by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY which guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by the next working day, providing your order has been received before 2pm . However, if you wish to have the next day delivery made on a Saturday, The fee is £9.95 (Orders must be placed before 2pm Friday).

If you opt for Next Day Delivery at £16.95 (UK only), your items will be sent by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY which guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 9am the next working day, providing your order has been received before 2pm Monday to Friday.
*Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be received until Monday.

Channel Islands & Shetland Islands - Royal Mail can only guarantee it will deliver within 2 working days.
We will dispatch to an alternative shipping address from your billing address if required, but will carry out additional checks, where we deem it necessary to protect both ourselves & our customers.
It may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to take your delivery. Please state your instructions when you order. However, the use of a secure place voids the proof of delivery protection and we regret that we cannot accept any claims for missing parcels in these instances. Orders over the value of £170 must be signed for, however, and cannot be left in any secure place.
If the attempted delivery fails you will have 18 working days to collect the parcel from your local Delivery Office. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to us and the Return To Sender fee (£4) will be deducted from your Refund.
You will receive confirmation of your order's dispatch via email. You can track your parcel by logging on to and entering your Tracking Number.
You can choose to have your order delivered to our Bridge St, BRIDLINGTON store by selecting ‘Collect in Store’ at the checkout. If you select this option the goods will be ready and waiting for you at our store usually within 48 hours.

Due to the impact COVID-19 may have on our customers & staff we have temporarily extended our returns policy.
Our Stores reopened on 15th June 2020 & so any products purchased online or in store after 23rd February 2020 can be returned up to 15th July 2020. All purchases made from 15th June onward have 30 Days to return
We hope that you are happy with your goods. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
Returns should be sent to Marshall Shoes, 52-54 High Street, BRIDLINGTON, YO16 4QA. The cost of returning your goods is the responsibility of the customer, however, In order to make the returns process as easy as possible for our customers, we can offer an 'Easy Returns' Service (UK Mainland Customers only) via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 delivery. If you elect to use this Tracked Returns Service, a charge of £3.00 will be deducted from your refund ( per label used). Please note the maximum weight for any individual parcel using this service is 2.5KG
THIS SERVICE IN NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE CHANNEL ISLANDS
The product must be in the same resalable condition that you received it in and not show any signs of wear. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way and we reserve the right to impose a £3 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the box is returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale.
All Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item via the original payment method and you will be advised of the Refund by Email.
Any Express or International postage charges incurred when the order was originally dispatched will not be refunded
If a promotional discount, such as an exclusive online discount, was applied to your original order and you return any part of that order, Marshall Shoes reserves the right to withhold from any refund the amount of discount received, if the amended order no longer qualifies for that discount.
A tip for our international customers:
If you are returning your item you must write "merchandise returned" on the customs label when you complete it. Failure to do so will result in customs charging you and if these charges remain unpaid after 20 days the parcel will get 'returned to sender'
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Purchases made between the 1st November & 7th December will have until the 7th January the following year to be returned. Purchases made after that have the standard 30 days.
We know that it is sometimes difficult to get the exact size when buying online which is why we offer an Exchange Policy. In addition to the free delivery we offer on the original purchase, We will also pay Royal Mail Tracked delivery on the exchanged item. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the item to us

FAULTY/ DAMAGED/ INCORRECT GOODS
You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not satisfactory within 7 days from the date of delivery. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. Please contact us before returning the product.
In the case of faulty/damaged goods, the goods will be inspected on return before a refund will be issued. A replacement or exchange may also be arranged instead of a refund at your request.
