Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

All prices are shown in £ sterling. However, they can be converted into Euro or USD and are inclusive of 20% VAT. We will automatically deduct the 20% VAT at the checkout for all non EU orders. Whilst we will endeavour to despatch all goods as quickly as possible, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. Once payment has cleared we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, and dispatch by Royal Mail. All product sales and discount codes are subject to stock availability. Discount codes must be applied at the checkout section when making a purchase. Customers must be a registered user and must be logged in to their account in order to apply discount codes. Only one discount code may be applied once per basket. Discount codes are not valid for use on items already marked as discounted. Advertised sales do not apply to children's items.
We hope that you are happy with your goods. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
Returns should be sent to Marshall Shoes, 52-54 High Street, BRIDLINGTON, YO16 4QA. The cost of returning your goods is the responsibility of the customer, however, In order to make the returns process as easy as possible for our customers, we can offer an 'Easy Returns' Service (UK Mainland Customers only) via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 delivery. If you elect to use this Tracked Returns Service, a charge of £3.00 will be deducted from your refund ( per label used). Please note the maximum weight for any individual parcel using this service is 2.5KG
THIS SERVICE IN NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE CHANNEL ISLANDS
The product must be in the same resalable condition that you received it in and not show any signs of wear. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way and we reserve the right to impose a £3 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the box is returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale.
All Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item via the original payment method and you will be advised of the Refund by Email.
Any Express or International postage charges incurred when the order was originally dispatched will not be refunded
If a promotional discount, such as an exclusive online discount, was applied to your original order and you return any part of that order, Marshall Shoes reserves the right to withhold from any refund the amount of discount received, if the amended order no longer qualifies for that discount.
A tip for our international customers:
If you are returning your item you must write "merchandise returned" on the customs label when you complete it. Failure to do so will result in customs charging you and if these charges remain unpaid after 20 days the parcel will get 'returned to sender'
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Purchases made between the 1st November & 7th December will have until the 7th January the following year to be returned. Purchases made after that have the standard 30 days.
We know that it is sometimes difficult to get the exact size when buying online which is why we offer an Exchange Policy. In addition to the free delivery we offer on the original purchase, We will also pay Royal Mail Tracked delivery on the exchanged item. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the item to us

FAULTY/ DAMAGED/ INCORRECT GOODS
You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not satisfactory within 7 days from the date of delivery. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. Please contact us before returning the product.
In the case of faulty/damaged goods, the goods will be inspected on return before a refund will be issued. A replacement or exchange may also be arranged instead of a refund at your request.
