Can I speak to someone to place my order rather than placing it online?
If you prefer, rather than placing an order online, you may ring us on 01262 603234 to discuss your requirements or to place your order with us. Please note that our office hours are Monday - Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Sunday 10.00am - 4.30pm.
Can I specify a Safe Place or alternative delivery address?
We will dispatch to an alternative shipping address but will carry out additional checks, where we deem it necessary to protect both ourselves and our customers. It may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to sign for a delivery. However, the use of a secure place voids the proof of delivery protection and we regret that we cannot accept any claims for missing parcels in these instances. Please state your instructions when you order.

What happens if I am not in when Royal Mail deliver?
If you have not specified a Safe Place, Royal Mail will leave a card through your door. You may contact them to arrange a re-delivery or you will need to collect it from your local sorting office.
Please note that if any items are returned to us by Royal Mails sorting office as uncollected, we will not provide a second delivery free of charge. We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we dispatch it a second time.
Are my credit card details safe online?
To take payment for your order we use the services of payment providers such as SagePay and PayPal who are approved by all the major UK acquiring banks. When you place your order, even though you key in your card details, all that is seen by Marshall Shoes are the last four digits of your card number and these digits are not saved.
Our payment providers employ the most sophisticated security measures to protect your personal details.
