STORE COLLECTION

If you live locally, you can choose to have your order delivered to our BRIDLINGTON store by selecting ‘Collect in Store’ at the checkout. If you select this option the goods will be ready and waiting for you at our store usually within 24 hours. This service is FREE.

You will be contacted by our store when your order is ready to pick up. Please bring the following items with you when collecting:

  • Proof of name & address
  • The Card used to make the payment

STANDARD POSTAGE

Postage & Packaging for deliveries within the UK is FREE OF CHARGE for all Purchases over £40 and is shipped by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery as standard. Countries classed as being within the UK are England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight and The Isle of Man.

Purchases under £40 will be charged at £3.50 for items up to 2Kg and £3.50 per Kg thereafter and will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Post. If your order consists of multiple items and following the return of any items the total purchase price becomes less than £40, £3.50 will be deducted from the refund.

We aim to deliver goods within 2 to 3 working days using Royal Mail (Not guaranteed). Weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday by 4pm (Excluding Bank Holidays).

NEXT DAY SERVICE BY 4PM*

£6.95 per item (Up to 2Kg, £6.95 per Kg thereafter. Orders must be received by 2pm)

If you opt for our Next Day Delivery by 4PM service, your items will be sent by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY 4PM which guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 4PM the next working day, providing your order has been received before 2pm Monday to Friday.

NEXT DAY SERVICE BY 11AM* (Currently suspended due to COVID-19)

£16.95 per item (Up to 2Kg, £16.95 per Kg thereafter. Orders must be received by 2pm)

If you opt for our Next Day Delivery by 11am service (UK only), your items will be sent by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY 11AM which guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 11am the next working day, providing your order has been received before 2pm Monday to Friday.

*Next day orders placed on a Friday will not be received until Monday.
Please note that Next Day Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in a safe place.
Channel Islands & Shetland Islands - Royal Mail can only guarantee it will deliver within 2 working days.
Please note that we are unable to ship Next Day if a single item in your basket weighs over 2Kg.

Area Exclusions:
Delivery by 5.30pm the next working day to postcodes: AB30-56, IV21-28, IV40,IV52, IV54, KW1-14, PA28-38, PH15, 17¬26, PH31-40, PH49-50, HS1, HS3-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, PA20 (0-9), PA41-49, PA60, PA77, KW15, KW16 (Stromness Town only), GY9 (Alderney), ZE1 (Lerwick), HS3.

Delivery after two working days by 5.30pm for postcodes: GY1 3(Herm), GY10 (Sark), HS2, PA61-75, PA78, ZE2-3.

Delivery after 3 working days by 5.30pm on the third working day to postcodes: KW16-17, PH30, PH41-44.

SATURDAY NEXT DAY BY 4PM

£10.95 per item (Up to 2kg, £10.95 per Kg thereafter. Orders must be received on a Friday by 2pm)

If you wish to have a next day delivery made on a Saturday you can select our Saturday Next Day service at the checkout. (Orders must be placed before 2pm on a Friday).

Area Exclusions:
Saturday guaranteed delivery is not available to GY1 3 (Herm), GY9 (Alderney) GY10 (Sark).

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS / SAFEPLACE

We will dispatch to an alternative shipping address from your billing address if required, but will carry out additional checks, where we deem it necessary to protect both ourselves & our customers.

It may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to take your delivery. Please state your instructions when you order. However, the use of a secure place voids the proof of delivery protection and we regret that we cannot accept any claims for missing parcels in these instances.

Orders over the value of £170 must be signed for, however, and cannot be left in any secure place.

If an attempted delivery fails you will have 18 working days to collect the parcel from your local Delivery Office. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to us and the Return to Sender fee (£4) will be deducted from your Refund.

You will receive confirmation of your order's dispatch via email. You can track your parcel by logging on to http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace and entering your Tracking Number.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

EUROPE

Royal Mail European Airmail Tracked - Delivered in 3 to 5 Working Days

If you would like to get your parcel quicker, we can offer an international express service with DHL:

DHL International (Express Delivery) – 1 to 2 Working days, delivery time and charges for DHL International are shown in the checkout, as the cost is based on the size and weight of your order. However, if your location is deemed as remote by DHL they will issue a surcharge and you will therefore be advised by email. PLEASE NOTE that DHL require a telephone number to be input for all Express Services.

USA

Royal Mail International Airmail - Delivered in 5 to 7 Working Days.

Deliveries to the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

LOST GOODS

Any claims for lost goods cannot be entered into until after 15 working days from dispatch. Please note that if any items are returned to us by Royal Mail’s sorting office as uncollected, we will not provide a second delivery free of charge. We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we dispatch it a second time.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email at sales@marshallshoes.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you or where the goods have already been dispatched to you by returning goods to us in accordance with our returns policy.
