We aim to deliver goods within 2 to 3 working days using Royal Mail Tracked Service. (Not guaranteed) Weekends & Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday by 4pm. (Excluding Bank Holidays)
We will dispatch to an alternative shipping address from your billing address if required, but will carry out additional checks, where we deem it necessary to protect both ourselves & our customers.
It may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to sign for your delivery. Please state your instructions when you order. However, the use of a secure place voids the proof of delivery protection and we regret that we cannot accept any claims for missing parcels in these instances. Orders over the value of £170 must be signed for however, and cannot be left in any secure place.

If you opt for next day delivery (UK only), your items will be sent by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY NEXT DAY which guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 1pm the next working day, providing your order has been received before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will not be received until Monday. However, if you wish to have the next day delivery made on a Saturday, there will be an additional charge of £4.00 (Orders must be placed before 3pm Friday)

Any claims for lost goods cannot be entered into until after 15 working days from dispatch. Please note that if any items are returned to us by Royal Mails sorting office as uncollected, we will not provide a second delivery free of charge. We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we dispatch it a second time.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before we have dispatched the goods to you or where the goods have already been dispatched to you by returning goods to us in accordance with our returns policy.
We hope that you are happy with your goods. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging (eg: box). We reserve the right to impose a £2 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves & we recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item via the original payment method.
Any Express or International postage charges incurred when the order was originally dispatched will not be refunded.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Purchases made between 1st November & 14 December have until 7th January the following year to be returned. Purchases made after that have the standard 30 days.
We know that it is sometimes difficult to get the exact size when buying online which is why we offer a ‘Free Exchange Policy’. We offer one free exchange on purchases made within the UK. This does not apply to international orders. This means that we will pay Royal Mail Tracked delivery on the 2nd pair of shoes to a designated address. This does not however include the return postage of shoes back to Marshall Shoes.
FAULTY/ DAMAGED/ INCORRECT GOODS
You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not satisfactory within 7 days from the date of delivery. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. Please contact us before returning the product so that we may provide you with a Pre-Paid Postage label or make other arrangements.
In the case of faulty/damaged goods, the goods will be inspected on return before a refund will be issued. A replacement or exchange may also be arranged instead of a refund at your request.
We are a secure website working with Sage pay. We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods: - Online transactions ( secure server) and telephone. All Credit/Debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Electron and JCB. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order.
